¨       Strength is build through range – concentrically and eccentrically

BIOMECHANICAL SPECIFICS:

¨       Assessment throws up specific muscles weakness/tension and/or how a muscle is not integrating into static posture/dynamic movement

¨       Accurate precision orientated exercises to correct specific inbalances
